Nehru-Patel-Maulana also wanted UCC to be implemented in the country, appeasement stopped it: Amit Shah

New Delhi. Sardar Patel, Maulana Azad, Jawaharlal Nehru and Rajendra Prasad had said that UCC should be implemented in the country. This is the claim of Union Home Minister Amit Shah. He accused minority appeasement. Referring to the governments formed in the last seven decades, Shah said that till now they have not been able to bring UCC because they were trying to get minority votes. While praising the policies and priorities of BJP, Shah said that BJP ruled Uttarakhand has become the first state in the country to implement UCC.

Now India gives a befitting reply to Pakistani attacks
Shah fiercely attacked the UPA government. He said that we all have seen the rule of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. In the last 10 years, every day someone or the other used to enter India from Pakistan. Coming from Pakistan he spreads terror. There was no one responsible for this. Then the public elected Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister. Pakistan again tried to terrorize India but this time the PM gave a befitting reply to the Poonch and Pulwama attacks. India retaliated with surgical strikes and air strikes within 10 days. Before this, there were only two countries which took retaliatory action. Now India has become the third country which gives a befitting reply.
