New Mahindra Thar 5-door edition spotted once again during road testing, features never seen before


Mahindra’s much-awaited release, the 5-door version of Mahindra Thar, has been captured multiple times during testing, increasing the anticipation of its imminent launch. As per HT Auto report, the latest spy photos, which are now circulating online, reveal a camouflaged test model of the lifestyle SUV, fitted with production-ready alloy wheels. These images indicate that the vehicle is nearing its official debut.

The Indian automaker has made a notable change to the alloy wheels of the upcoming 5-door Thar. Talking about the design, there appears to be a diamond-cut pattern structure, a departure from the multi-spoke design seen on the existing 3-door Thar. The test vehicle also featured LED headlamps with circular LED DRLs, giving a strong indication that the model is in the final stages of production preparation.

Furthermore, the upcoming 5-door Thar is positioned as a more practical alternative to the 3-door model without compromising on its off-road capabilities.
