He was last seen in ‘Anupamaa’ opposite Rupali Ganguly, in which he played the role of a strict owner of a restaurant.

Amit Bahl told, ‘Yes, he died due to cardiac arrest. He was briefly hospitalized for treatment of pancreatitis. While returning home he developed cardiac complications and died. Earlier, Nitesh Pandey, who was seen in the role of a friend in ‘Anupama’, also passed away. His age was 51 years. His death also occurred due to cardiac arrest.
