The policy will apply to all

The company has made it clear that its new return-to-office policy is applicable not only to old employees but also to new employees. The return-to-office policy will also be applicable to new students who have completed their prescribed course and are now eligible to receive payment over and above the standard annual compensation of Rs 3 lakh.

Office required 5 days a week

Actually, during the Corona epidemic, the company had given exemption to work from home to its employees. After which very few employees are coming to office and working. The company asked him several times to come to the office and work but the employees did not agree. After which TCS has changed its policy and has now made it mandatory for its employees to come to office five days a week. This means that TCS has now completely stopped the work from home policy.
