The accused, Naval Kishore Kashyap, son of Anokhelal Kashyap, 0 gram Memor police station Bhojipura district, Bareilly age 42 years, along with 01 kg 100 grams ganja, was arrested from 50 meter Jadopur road from Bherpura market in police station Bhojipura area at 21.50 hrs on 30.01.2024, accused of smuggling. Was arrested. In relation to which, as per rules, FIR No. 62/2024 Section 8/20 NDPS Act was registered against the accused at Bhojipura police station. Advance legal action was taken.
