Big danger for women! Know at what age the risk of fatal disease increases? – News India Live

New Delhi: Often women feel that during puberty the body remains healthy and they do not fall ill. But this is a misconception. Women aged 20 to 35 may face serious and life-threatening health problems due to obesity and poor lifestyle, a report from Johns Hopkins has revealed some of the serious health problems that women face at a young age. .

1) High blood pressure-
About 7 percent of women in the age group of 20 to 34 years have high blood pressure. When your heart has too much pressure to pump blood, it is called high blood pressure and is a silent killer that can be dangerous to the heart, kidneys, brain and blood vessels. According to the report, if you have high blood pressure during pregnancy, the risk of heart disease increases significantly in the future.

2) Diabetes-
According to reports, even if you have type 2 diabetes, you do not see any symptoms. The report states that cases of obesity have increased significantly among youth and children and this increases the risk of diabetes. Due to this you can also get diabetes during pregnancy. This problem greatly increases the risk of developing type 2 diabetes in the future.

3) Women are at risk of stroke-
According to Mikos, most cases of stroke occur in people above 65 years of age. But according to a recent study, the risk of stroke increases by 32 percent in women aged 18 to 34. This increase is very worrying. Cases of stroke in young women are rare, but can be fatal if detected undiagnosed, Mikos says.

4) Intestine and rectum cancer –
Professor Neelu Azad, Department of Oncology, John Hopkins University, says that the risk of developing colorectal cancer increases with age. But in a recent study, its cases are being seen even in young women. However, the reason behind this is not yet known. If you have blood in your stool or any unusual change in bowel movements, you should see a doctor immediately.

5) Shrinking of the brain-
According to a report, with age your brain starts shrinking, which is called cerebral atrophy. But, if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity and smoking habit, your brain can reach this level at an early age. What you do early in your life determines your health as well as your longevity.
