New Bajaj Platina CNG Bike Features
While acknowledging the initial higher price of CNG bikes compared to petrol counterparts due to manufacturing costs and specialized tanks, Sharma stressed the need for government support through lower GST rates. The launch of the CNG bike is expected to cater to the needs of mileage-conscious consumers and introduce a new brand identity. However, the extent of their contribution to total sales remains uncertain, dependent on factors such as availability of CNG filling stations and consumer preferences.
