The Prime Minister will then go to Assam.
Prime Minister Modi (PM Modi) Multidimensional development projects worth Rs 68 thousand crore will be started in Odisha and Assam. He will inaugurate the 2400 MW mega thermal power plant of NLC India Limited at Sambalpur, Odisha, along with other projects. The foundation stone of the Kamakhya Divine Project, named Maa Kamakhya Access Corridor, will be laid in Assam, which will lay the foundation of several world-class facilities for tourists.
PM will launch Urja Ganga Yojana
The Rs 2450 crore PM Urja Ganga scheme, which will connect Odisha to the national gas grid, will connect the 412 km long Dhamra-Angul pipeline section to the Jagdishpur-Haldia and Bokaro-Dhamra schemes. Modi will also inaugurate three transformational highway projects worth Rs 2,045 crore.
Will give a gift of Rs 11,599 crore to Guwahati
PM Modi (PM Modi) Will inaugurate IIM University in Sambalpur. On Saturday evening, i.e. this evening, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of projects worth Rs 11,599 crore. The Rs 498 crore Maa Kamakhya Divya Project will be inaugurated under the PM-DEVNE scheme in the North-Eastern region. The new terminal of Guwahati Airport will be completed by July.
