530 youth from Haryana will go to Israel. In the recruitment process of 10 thousand employees in Israel, 1370 candidates had applied, out of which only 530 could get the ticket to Israel. Their tickets have been arranged by the Israel Builders Association. This recruitment drive in Haryana was organized in Rohtak from 16 to 20 January. Now the government is again preparing to conduct such recruitment through Haryana Skill Employment Corporation.

Chief Minister Manohar Lal himself has made the announcement regarding these recruitments. Around 5600 people from Uttar Pradesh and Haryana have been selected in the recruitment drive organized by National Skill Development Corporation International (NSDC). These candidates will also be given a bonus of Rs 16,515 per month. A source at the Israel Builders Association (IBA) said these 10,000 workers will arrive in batches of 700 to 1,000 every week. The foreign manpower quota for the construction industry has been increased from 30,000 to 50,000 and the Israeli government approved the arrival of 10,000 workers from India last month, a report said. Approximately 8,000 candidates were screened in Israel, of whom approximately 5,600 were found qualified to work in Israel. Employment is a big issue in Haryana. Recently many such surveys have come out, in which huge figures of unemployment have come to light in Haryana. Congress always tries to dominate the Haryana government through these figures.

In the month of July this year, on the question of Congress leader and Rajya Sabha member from Haryana Deependra Hooda, Labor and Employment Minister Rameshwar Teli had said that in 2013-14 the unemployment rate in Haryana was 2.9 percent, which is 2.9 percent. It has increased to about 9 percent in 2021-22. Union Minister for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Dharmendra Pradhan has Said that work is being done on the Prime Minister’s vision of making India a global center for skilled manpower. This is part of the overall vision of building a developed India. Not only Israel, India is ready to provide skilled resources to many other countries also. Since the Israel–Hamas war, the work permits of a large number of Palestinians in Israel have been canceled and Israel’s construction industry is looking for workers from India and other countries to fill vacant positions.
